Our Story

Started this whole thing back in 2011 with a simple idea - homes shouldn't feel like cold museum pieces. They're places where life happens, y'know? Where kids spill juice, where you binge Netflix on a Friday night, where real memories get made.

We've been lucky enough to work on over 200 projects across British Columbia, and honestly, each one teaches us something new. Every client's got their own vibe, their own way of living, and that's what makes this work exciting.

We're not here to win design awards (though they're nice). We're here to make spaces that feel right when you walk through the door. Contemporary design, sure - but with warmth and personality baked in.

We're big on sustainability too - not because it's trendy, but because it makes sense. Better insulation means lower bills. Smart material choices mean less maintenance headaches down the road. That kinda stuff.

Contemporary residential design is our sweet spot. We love clean lines and modern aesthetics, but we also believe homes should feel lived-in, not like showrooms. That balance? That's what we're always chasing.

Lead Architect & Founder

Been designing homes for 18 years now. Still get excited about every new project. When I'm not sketching floor plans, you'll find me hiking the North Shore trails or trying new ramen spots downtown.

Sarah Chen

Senior Designer

The one who figures out how to make your wish list actually work within physics and budget constraints. Master of 3D visualization. Probably drinks too much coffee but won't admit it.

David Kowalski

Project Manager

Keeps everything on track and on budget. Former contractor who switched to architecture, so he knows every trick in the book. Your advocate when dealing with permits and regulations.
