Every space has a story - these are some of ours. Take a look at how we've helped folks transform their living and working environments into something they actually love coming home to.
This one was a labor of love, honestly. The clients had this incredible lot overlooking the ocean but their existing place was from the 70s and wasn't making the most of those views. We basically reimagined the whole thing from scratch.
"Working with Blazorn was nothing short of amazing. They got what we wanted before we even knew how to explain it. Our home feels like it's part of the landscape now, not fighting against it."
- Patricia & James M., Homeowners
Before - Original 1972 structure
After - Contemporary transformation
A startup approached us wanting something that didn't feel like your typical corporate box. They needed flexible workspace that could adapt as they grew, plus areas where their team could actually want to hang out and collaborate.
"Our office is now our biggest recruiting tool. Seriously, candidates walk in and you can see their eyes light up. The space just works for how we actually operate."
- Derek Chan, CEO TechFlow Solutions
Here's the thing about infill housing - it gets a bad rap. But when you do it right, you can add density without sacrificing character. This project turned an underutilized lot into a community of lane homes that actually fit the neighborhood vibe.
"We were skeptical about lane housing at first, but these homes proved us wrong. Each unit feels spacious and private. Plus, we've got this great little community going with our neighbors."
- Sarah T., Resident
Not every project is about building from scratch. Sometimes the best work is honoring what's already there while making it livable for today. This 1920s character home needed serious updating but the owners (rightfully) wanted to keep its soul intact.
Original structure with dated systems and deteriorating exterior elements. Beautiful bones, but needed major TLC.
Preserved architectural details with modern mechanicals, insulation, and discreetly integrated tech.
"They understood that we didn't want a museum - we wanted a home. The balance they struck between old and new is perfect. We've got all the modern comfort without losing the character."
- Robert & Helen K.
Building on a steep slope isn't for the faint of heart, but man, the payoff is worth it. This family wanted a weekend getaway that felt connected to nature but didn't skimp on comfort. The site itself was challenging - lots of rock, serious elevation change.
Minimal excavation approach to preserve existing trees and minimize environmental impact.
3,100 sq ft split over three levels following natural terrain. Steel and timber hybrid construction.
Solar panels, greywater recycling, and locally-sourced materials throughout.
"Every window frames a different view. It's like living in a treehouse, except with heated floors and a killer kitchen. Best investment we ever made."
- Michael & Jennifer L.
